Homeownership Education, Counseling and Training Fund (HECAT)

The Homeownership Education, Counseling and Training Fund (HECAT) provides financial support to eligible non-profit organizations to deliver a variety of homebuyer/homeowner education, counseling and training services to Minnesotans.
