Single Family Request for Proposal (RFP)

Applicants may request funds for single family, owner occupied affordable housing activities statewide under one application.  Please read the Single Family Consolidated Application Guide and Instructions and the Community Revitalization Fund (CRV) Program Concept prior to completing the applications.

The 2012 CRV RFP is due June 19, 2012.
