U.S. Bank Home Mortgage - MRBP Division is the Master Servicer for the Mortgage Loan Program, Mortgage Backed Securities.


MBS Program Training and Information

U.S. Bank Home Mortgage - MRBP Division and Minnesota Housing are working to provide monthly training opportunities for our lender network. The sessions will cover features and benefits of using Minnesota Housing first-time homebuyer programs, which include MMP, CASA, HAF and general information on HOME HELP.

Trainings will include the basics of originating, closing and funding our loans within an MBS structure. Those who should attend this training are: managers, loan officers, processors, loan specialists, underwriters, closers, post-closers, shippers and final document staff.
