HDS Single Family Web Application
The HDS Single Family Web Application is a business-to-business web based system which provides our business partners access to Minnesota Housing through a web interface, allowing them to enter loan application information directly into the system to gain commitment and purchase approval, as well as viewing the status of their pipeline at Minnesota Housing.

Lending Partner Information
Existing lenders wishing to make updates to their HDS Single Family Web Application should use the forms below:

• Main Office Information
• Payment Information for ACH Transactions
• Lending Partner Web Administrator Information
• General Email Accounts
• Branch Information (should be used to add new branches)

Sign-up for Updates
Minnesota Housing notifies our partners of program updates and News Alerts exclusively by E-News! Selecting any single family category under your E-News registration will automatically allow you to receive SFMOS updates.  If you are currently registered, you do not have to re-register to receive updates.
