Energy Saver Rebate Powered by the Fix-up Fund | St. Paul | Tuesday, March 16, 2010 9:45 a.m. -10:45 a.m. | This session will cover the process of closing Fix-up Fund loans that are compatible with the Energy Saver Rebate, including rebate-eligible improvements; the details of rebate eligibility; the Rebate Application that will be completed by the homeowner and contractor; and the role of the rebate-participating Fix-up Fund lender in delivering the rebate funds to Fix-up Fund borrowers. Fix-up Fund lending partners that wish to participate must have a minimum of one person per organization participate in Energy Saver Rebate training and enter into a written agreement with Minnesota Housing. |
