Agency Hours:  7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Parking:  Imperial Parking Lot- Wall Street between 5th and 6th
**Minnesota Housing has 16 parking spots for visitors of our Agency. These spots are located at a surface lot on the corner of Wall and 6th Streets (enter on Wall Street). The spots are clearly marked "Minnesota Housing". These are available on a first come, first served basis.

There are also pay lots and street (metered) parking and within a few blocks of Minnesota Housing's office.

*When using the Imperial Parking Lot, visitors must provide their vehicle's license plate number and make/model upon check-in at our front desk. Any vehicles not registered will be towed at the owner's expense.

DIRECTIONS:

From the NORTH
Take 35E South to the Wacouta Street Exit.
Follow Wacouta to 6th Street, right onto 6th.
Minnesota Housing is on the right, half a block.

From the SOUTH
Follow 494 to 35E North.
Get onto 94 East, follow around to 7th Street exit.
At the stoplight, go straight, take a right on 6th street.
Minnesota Housingon the right, 1.5 blocks.
 
From the EAST
Follow 94 West to Downtown St. Paul.
Take 6th Street Exit into town.
Minnesota Housing is on the right, 1.5 blocks.

From the WEST
Follow 94 East to St. Paul, follow around to 7th Street exit.
At the stoplight, go straight, take a right on 6th Street.
Minnesota Housing is on the right, 1.5 blocks.
